The Logistics Company Breaks Ground

The Logistics Company, a Department of Defense contractor headquartered in Fayetteville, NC broke ground on a new office building April 16, 2010.  The three story, 46,000 square foot building will serve as the new headquarters for the growing contractor.  There is a limited amount of Class A office space within the TLC building for lease that can be configured to the tenant’s specifications.
The TLC building will be the anchor building for the new Patriot Park Business Park.  Patriot Park has three other building sites available within the 16 acre park.  One site has already been sold.  The remaining building sites are “pad ready” with all site development and infrastructure in place.  A developer could be under construction within a short period of time after acquiring a building site.
